EachCanTeach
A version of Eclara, rebuilt for coaching centres across India.
EachCanTeach takes the Eclara platform and focuses it on coaching centres. Each institute gets its own website, a mobile app and a dashboard to run classes, tests, payments and branches. I designed the marketing website, the institute panel and the student workspace, and built the front end using AI-assisted workflows.
CoverThe homepage opens by asking what kind of institute the visitor runs.
The short version
Challenge
Eclara was built for many kinds of academies. Coaching centres needed a product that spoke to them directly, from the website’s first screen to the panel they use every day.
Approach
I redesigned all three surfaces on one design system: a website that asks visitors what kind of institute they run, a panel organised around an owner’s daily tasks, and a student workspace that starts with one goal.
Outcome
A consistent product from sign-up to first test, now on staging: a new website, 17 panel screens and a student workspace sharing the same colours, components and navigation.

01 / Overview
Who runs on a coaching platform?
EachCanTeach is a white-label platform for coaching centres in India. An institute pays once and gets a website and mobile app under its own name, plus a dashboard to run batches, tests, payments and branches. It’s built on Eclara, which serves many kinds of academy. EachCanTeach narrows that focus to coaching centres.
02 / The problem
Same platform, different audience.
Coaching-centre owners judge a platform quickly, often on their phones. The old website made them read a long feature list before anything relevant appeared, and the panel they got after buying still carried Eclara’s general-purpose structure: many pages at equal weight and long single-column forms.
01A generic website
Every visitor saw the same pitch, whatever kind of institute they ran.
02A panel built for everyone
Pages were organised by feature, not by what an owner does in a day.
03Three surfaces, three styles
Website, panel and student side looked like different products.
03 / The website
Ask first, pitch second.
The homepage opens with one question: what kind of institute do you run? Each answer brings up a short, specific pitch and links straight to the matching feature. Pricing and a step-by-step onboarding timeline are on the page, so owners get the basics without booking a call.

Decision 01
Ask who they are in the first screen
When visitors pick their institute type, every section after that feels written for them.
Decision 02
Show the price before the form
Small institutes read hidden pricing as expensive. Stating it upfront brings in better-qualified demo requests.
Decision 03
Onboarding as a timeline, not a promise
“From first call to first student in about a week” is shown as four dated steps, so owners can see how it happens.

04 / Institute panel
Organised around an owner’s day.
I rebuilt the panel’s 17 screens on one layout and grouped the sidebar into three areas: business, teaching and growth. The home screen leads with the wallet, active plans and pending requests, followed by six shortcuts for the most frequent tasks.

05 / Student workspace
Start with one goal.
A new student sees a three-step checklist and four products explained by what they help with, with prices shown upfront. Empty states say what will appear and when, so a fresh account looks like a plan rather than a page of zeros.

06 / Design system
One system, three surfaces.
The website, panel and student workspace share one set of colours, type and components, with light and dark themes in the product. Teal leads, amber supports, and green, red and blue are reserved for status.

Where it stands today.
EachCanTeach is on staging. The website, 17 panel screens and the student workspace are built on one design system.
Learnings
White-label work tests restraint. Every rule has to survive being re-skinned by someone you’ll never meet.
